In accordance with the declaration filed with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, LA BAULE & VOUS operates without holding client funds. The agency neither receives nor holds any funds, instruments or securities other than those representing its own fees or commissions.
It operates no escrow account: all sums relating to a transaction — deposit, down payment, purchase price — are paid directly to the notary's office handling the file.
The financial guarantee held with GALIAN, endorsed non-holding of funds, is maintained voluntarily although it is not required under this arrangement.
LA BAULE & VOUS is the Exclusive Affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate for Loire-Atlantique and Morbihan. This affiliation constitutes a trademark licence agreement. LA BAULE & VOUS carries on its business independently and under its sole responsibility.
