Transaction — sale
Fee of 5% including VAT on the sale price excluding fees, payable by the buyer.
This single rate applies whatever the amount of the transaction. No fee is charged to the seller.
Fees are stated inclusive of all taxes, at the VAT rate in force of 20%.
Unless stated otherwise, the prices shown in our listings are inclusive of fees, payable by the buyer.

Every listing states the price including fees, the price excluding fees and the corresponding fee amount.
Our agency does not carry on any letting management activity and charges no letting fees.
Valuation of your property in the context of a sale is carried out free of charge.
Property appraisals outside a transaction — inheritance, division of assets, market value — are subject to a prior quotation based on the nature of the property and the scope of the assignment.
Agency fees do not include the costs of acquisition, in particular the notary's scale fees and registration duties — commonly referred to in France as frais de notaire — nor any financing costs.
